Anybody who is a fan of the Joe Rogan Experience will definitely be familiar with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. She has been a guest on the JRE multiple times and I feel like I’m going to live longer just having listened to her speak. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the health and wellness space. No surprise I’ll be featuring her in the blog fairly regularly when it comes to ways to live longer and be healthier. Today I want to point you in the direction of the Sauna. I always thought suana’s were a place where old people would go sweat all the prune juice out of their system, clearly I was wrong.
